RAD Torque Raceway is dedicated to exploring all available options to promptly complete the event in a timely manner. Complimentary tickets, however, are not eligible for exchange under this policy. Additionally, restrictions apply to corporate block tickets and tickets purchased through brokers or resale websites that are not directly affiliated with RAD Torque Raceway.

This policy does not apply if an event is delayed, regardless of the length of the delay, but is still completed on the original event date, even if completion occurs after 11:59 p.m. of such original event date.

This policy does not apply for events shortened due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if the race/event is counted as official by RAD Torque Raceway Management.
